No Excuses. Period.

I am dedicating this post to all of those who know they want to be successful in their endeavors, but are lacking motivation, passion & more importantly, a a push behind their backs to get things moving forward.
Find what you are good at.
This is a very important point. If you are tired of working your shitty 8 to 5 job, and you want to be successful at something, you first need to find something that you are good at. How, you may say? Do not think too far… What is the one thing in your life that makes you proud of? What do you like to do when you are not at work? Maybe it is something you already thought could be a good potential business, but you never had the guts to move forward with because you are too scared of what your close friends and family could think about it. Well, F!ck your friends and family. Find that crucial piece of the puzzle, and call it: Your Passion. Once you know what you are good at, and you are totally passionate about it, this is where the fun begins.
Get out there, do not be scared of being a fool!
When you know you have a true passion for something, and you want to start your own business and be successful at what you do, there are no million of ways to get there, you need to hustle the crap out of it and get your lazy ass out of your basement and start executing.
For example, when I was 15,000$ in debt at 18 years old and burned all my bridges in having a college degree, I turned myself into what I know the best: Video Games. It is at that moment that I found my perfect business idea, and I was working day and night into executing it. I went to multiple local gaming events and pitched it to hundreds of people. Most of them did not believe in it, or did not totally understand what I was trying to build. They thought it was too risky for an investment. I did not let these people tell me how I should do things, or make their words put me down to the grave, I stepped it up and told myself that one day, they will all regret it. They eventually, all did ;)
One crucial thing about getting out there and executing is: Do not Procrastinate. There is always a sh!t load of excuses that you can invent to not do something, this is where you will eventually fail. You need to believe so much in your passion, that you do not give a single f!uck about what other people may say about it. If you procrastinate, you will never prove all of those people wrong, and you will be an actual fool.
Business is a cruel World, do not trust anyone.
When you start generating some interest in your business, keep in mind that business, is a very harsh environment, where sharks and other people will try to get a piece of you. Do not be scared to tell those people to f!uck off and be careful when you are accepting investment from them. Make sure you always keep control of your company, and do not let anyone dictate how your business should be ran. You are the only one who knows how you should take care of your baby.
Stay focused. Do not forget about your work.
It is very important to never, never, never slack off. You need to always be on top of things that is happening in your business and to keep track of things on a daily basis. My dad always told me: “If you forget your work, your work will eventually forget you”. This is so freaking true. I did not know why my dad always kept saying that to me, probably because he knows how the Minacov’s genetics are, but I am so sad to say that I did not listen to him and it cost me greatly.
Indeed, when I started generating a load of money at such a young age, I lost my head and forgot about my work. I was more interested in partying or spending my money on stupid sh!t. Money that I could have invested into Real Estate, or new business ideas. This is the past now, I could have cried about it, I did for some time, but today I do not give a single f!uck, because I know I am a winner. I could cry about it and get depressed, but I am not a pussy. Neither are you.
Stay focused. This is all I have to say. If you stay focused, you will not do the same mistakes I did. You will not go through a regret phase of your life and think on a daily basis, what would have happened if? I hope that this experience of mine will be a good example of what to not do if you become successful and that it will help you stay focused on what matters the most: your passion.
In conclusion, motivation is key.
Through all my successes and failures, one thing that is hard to keep is motivation. There will be a lot of days that in the morning, you will not be motivated to wake up and execute. Keep in mind that if you stop being motivated, it is a huge problem. You will start procrastinating and slacking off. With what I wrote down above, you now understand that you can simply not allow yourself to not be on top of things. So make sure you find something that motivates you. Maybe it is a quiet moment of book reading with a cup of coffee, perhaps it is a loud session of training. Whatever it is, you always need something besides your business to generate energy for the day, that will allow you to stay focused and motivated to do the thing you like. things you are passionate about.
